At Chocolate Brain, we are Hear to Help™ with continuing education. We know burnout involves systemic and individual solutions. This is closely connected to nurse retention. Engagement and training and education are not the only answers. Using the nursing process and a three pronged intervention approach to guide comprehensive individual and organizational preventive solutions and continuing education; we create and maintain healthy work environments and positive workplace culture therefore improving quality of care, safety, productivity and well-being. Strategies for improving staff retention while improving quality, safety and productivity are important pieces.
